The Silver servers have sustained physical damage and the provider is moving accounts to the new servers.

I thank everyone for their patience during this difficult time for my Silver service.  To access your backup account use the Tivod Pro app, put  download.tivod.tv in downloader to get the new app.   If you have Tivod pro and cant login go to fire stick settings, apps, manage installed applications, Tivod Pro, then clear data and go log in to Tivod Pro, if you still have issues you may need a VPN. To hold you over til I can help with a VPN Download and use Proton VPN, its free. iOS users be sure to use the url  http://sweatymonkey.ddns.net:2052 with the backup service
